mullethunter
I saw my girls for about a minute when I let them out this morning, and that was it. They were in bed when I got home from work. Rubbish. It makes me feel less guilty about it being worming week this week but I still REALLY don't like it
mullethunter
AND its so wet out there that I think I may have to move them to the patio which will make arranging the netting around them very difficult. Sorry - rant over
Luvachicken
With all the adverts for Christmas already it makes it feel like Christmas is just next week, so on that basis Spring is just around the corner and then the clocks will change back again. Cat tails
I completely agree! Those people of daylight saving stuff never took in account people with chickens! I had them finally waking up around 8 rather than 6... With daylight saving they wake up at 6:30 again!
dancing cloud
Because I now work some distance away, I leave at 6.00 and don't get home much before 18.00, so don't get to see my girlies at all during the week now it's all dark again. Good job they've got my dad to emotionally manipulate into giving them treats Nice to see them at weekends so they don't forget who I am. Alis girls
This is on nesting box as well so can I have a general moan? 1 agree Christmas ads are annoying - this year everyone and his dog is on the bandwagon - i watched one last night which was very good (thought it was a trailor for a WW1 thing) it was a Sainsburys ad And someone stuff Mylene Klass back in that genie bottle and stick it in a bottle bank - her grinning and gurning is very annoying - bah humbug 2 this chest infection is still lingering - I used to be able to fight infections - sign of getting old 3 dull days - roll on spring - i get outside when I can - I think I have SAD!! Anyway thats me done - sorry guys just had to vent my spleen.
mullethunter
I'm even more pi***d off now. Someone's just put an asking price offer in for the house I wanted. They haven't got a buyer for their own house yet so 'my' house is still being marketed but we can't quite afford asking price so we're going to go in at £10k below and hope the fact that we have no chain may make them think favourably about our offer. Not happy though
Luvachicken
No one in their right mind accepts the offer if the people haven't sold their own house first, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they see you as the ideal buyers And chin up, it's almost the weekend and you can spend it catching up with your girls.
