dancing cloud
At work it is expected that we bring in cakes, biscuits etc when it is our birthday and my diabetic colleague just has a look at them, as she cannot eat them For my birthday next month I would like to produce something she can have as well, so am looking for suggestions, please. She is very strict with herself, so won't just indulge Many thanks in advance.
Cat tails
My mom made a banana bread that didn't have any added sugar. Just banana and a little bit of honey. If you expect a sweet cake, it was a bit of a disappointment. But if you expect a sugar free banana bread it was really good and people came for seconds. Cat tails
A colleague makes the best choccy treats! ( had one today.... ). It's chopped dates, mixed with some coconut shavings and I think also a bit of cocoapowder. Then covered with dark chocolate. Easy, yum and no too bad
