CatieB
I havr just joined and wondered if anyone does it and can give me tips - particularly for dinner recipes. So far i have done salad and meat or fish - um a bit limited so I am sure others must have better ideas. Thanks
Grandmashazzie
Hi Catieb Not linked to weight watchers, sorry, but I have been using recipes from Deliciously Ella to shrink my foster children. The 10 year old has lost 2 stone in 4 months. These are vegan recipes and a lot are based on tomato with beans and veggies. There is no calorie count but I am guessing they are low fat and do make you feel full for longer. If you see it I would stay clear of the black bean brownies YUCK
Alis girls
Am back on it as when stressed I eat and eat and eat. Problem is all my recipes are in pro points and they are now smart points and being ruthless on foods. I think they are adding more points due to sugar in food so you think " bother cant justify that skinny mocha" what I actually think is more like "oh bum +)&%£^()_+" thats something else I like I cant eat. I think I've lost a bit as jeans keep coming down I cant find a good fit for love or money. A 12 is too tight and 14 hangs. Where do I get a size 13? Fed up with my shape - small bosoms and waist and hips are as one. Why God why? What did I do to deserve such a silly shape. Good luck Grannymashzie. CatieB
Well first week in and I lost 4!!! Good start so I am motivated to continue. Grandmashazzie defo couldnt do the vegan route or deliciously Ella - hubby wont touch tomatoes and beans and in fact doesnt eat much veg either. TBH not sure I have the time for that prep either although I should imagine you feel fab on it. Ali, you may not like your shape but I could only dream of being such a size. I joke that I wasnt even a size 12 at birth. I am a very different shape, if I am being kind I would say hour glass (flippin big hour glass). My weight goes to my boobs and bum.....told hubby its not a fair trade off recently seeing that those parts could be seen to be sexy whereas his goes to his tummy !!! Had to cave in and get bigger bras recently, bought them home and they were sat on my bed, my 11 year old son pipes up mum I could carry my football in that

Clearly you are doing something right so keep it up! Before I had my breast reduction OH used to refer to my bras as 'over shoulder boulder holders' - charming
mullethunter
I know we all have different points of view on such things, but at least you've got something to go in them! Mine are more like fried egg warmers

Ursula123
When I was a teenager I used to moan to my mum that I wanted to be bigger than a fried egg, she told me to wait and now can comfortably accommodate sporting goods in my bra. I should have been more careful for what I wished for
Alis girls
Frankly although they are small they are bigger than they were and they er wobble. I always wanted big uns as a girl but seeing what mates went through with sagging and men talking to them I am glad they are smaller
