They butter you up with nice comments and then say, "oh by the way, we'd like to stretch you a bit further this year...." While trying to find it cheaper on the internet, I was told that the part is obsolete, but he insists that his supplier can get it - should knwo this weekend, otherwise it means a new cooker, and I can't afford that!
