chelsea
Im always complaining with lots of sucess! I once sent back hubby's lunchbox pasty as it was all pastry and no filling....I sent in in an envelope in the post they sent us back some vouchers ! I send back crisps if they have no flavouring on them. Sainsburys are very good. im always complaining to them - I have my shopping delivered and sometimes the driver is late (get a money off voucher) or they send me food that runs out on the day (they then send me another voucher plus I get to keep the item and bung it in the freezer) I would e mail and post the sandwich. and like Clare said, then follow up with a phone call. One Man Banned
My parents used to be Amway distributors and we had the dog food from Amway. One bag had a great chunk of rubber in it They sent out another box of two bags of food (worth £50) and tracked down from the batch that part of a conveyor belt had broken off and ended up in the bag. Nice that they dealt with it tho If I ever get bad food in a restaurant, there's no holding me back tho! A xx
Lesley
I emailed last night and had a reply first thing this morning. I had told them I would send the stick and packaging in the post and I attached a photo which they couldn't open so I sent it again. I then had this reply....... Thank you for that Lesley. It looks to be a type of toothpick which is not something that we have on the premises and is rather concerning. I will send it off to our lab for analysis to see if we can determine where it could have come from and how it could have slipped through our system. Thank you for your understanding and support. They are both appreciated. I will come back to you with some answers as soon as I have some results. Kind regards, Malcolm P.S. the voucher will be sent off first thing tomorrow so as to avoid next week's postal strike!! malcolm lee operations director fresh! naturally organic Result! Although I bought the sandwich at Boots, it wasn't one of their own brand sandwiches, it was an organic one from a Company called Fresh! One Man Banned
what a pleasant reply Lesley! It seemed quite personal too, so they'd obviously looked at the photo and read your emails! A xx
Lesley
I've been very impressed with htem. I was happier thinking it was a cocktail stick though - I hadn't thought of a toothpick I feel quite sick now!
