40 a week! :shock::shock::shock::shock::shock:

That's nearly 6 a day. Even I am not that bad. Anyway during pregnancy I couldn't eat much sugar as it made me feel sick/acidic. My weakness was white bread rolls!

It is easier with the machine thingy. You do 20, I'll do 50.

 

Hows that?

 

And while you're stuffing crunchies I'll be munching cake! :lol:

 

 

Well, actually I am doing ten this week and going up in increments (what a fine word - wonder if I spelt it right :roll: ) of five. But I am also doing 10 step ups on to the second stair (10 on each leg) and I am doing it at 5.45am - so not sure I could count to 50 at that time in the morning :wink:

Crunchies are doing just fine thank you :wink:

actually just ate two cakes

BUT they were jaffa cakes so not as bad as it sounds (still not good enough - why is it that I CRAVE sweeties :(

I'm still doing 50 crunches each night, but the tums still as wobbly as ever :shock:

went to the gym last week :shock: for the first time and went on the running machine - at a very fast walk (running would be too much for my boobs at the mo :wink: )

 

still hate exercise, still love chocolate and cake - havent lost anything! Still, havent gained any more either, so thats something!
