feemcg
A couple of things of interest in this month's issue. A company called Feathered Wishes doing poultry-related Christmas cards. And, for the first time (correct me if I'm wrong) an omlet ad showing pics of eglu and cube
The Dogmother
Omlet used to advertise in there ages ago Fee, but dropped it for a while. My copy must be on the doormat - hopefully I'll find it when I get home. The C'mas cards are a bit late for me, I got the ones from Oxfam in the end. Richard
is this a good mag to get? Might dump the subscription to my Golf comic (which hasn't improved my golf at all!) and get something fowl instead.
feemcg
I like it Richard although I think it's aimed mostly at the breeders. It's got a lot of info on pest control, housing, hatching etc. but I particularly enjoy reading other chicken keepers' stories on how they started, built up their flock, chose their breeds etc. (there's quite a lot of advertising too though). Snowy
I was recently given a pile of old Country Living magazines (circa 2003/2004). There were Omlet adverts in the back! Richard - definitely dump the golf mags - there's only one way to hit a ball with a stick.
