The Bantam of the Opera
well im only guessing that none of you have seen chickens sitting under and egg before, especially one that looks like a disco ball. I took some lovely pictures of my girlies today chillaxing with their new friend cleo. enjoy! Cleo and herro enjoying a midday dustbath in the chickens favourite spot. You can tell its their favourite spot because of the massive hole theyve dug. Cleo is almost part of the gang. (excuse the mess on teh patio, the chickens never clean up after themselves) Looks like herro and cleo are strutting their stuff on the dancefloor. Crispy looking graceful and ellegant (a very rare sight indeed) hope you all enjoyed these pics.

Guest
have you had diarmud gavin in your garden? your garden looks massive and quite tropical, as I said before, reminiscent of guell parc- all you need is some mosaics and a lizard! Snowy
Lovely pics - what a fabulous garden you have! Lovely girls too - if that giant egg doesn't stimulate them to lay I don't know what will!
The Bantam of the Opera
yeah dirmaud was here when i was little. i just thought it was funny that their favourite snbathing and dustbathing area was under the egg. ironically though, even with taht eggs presence, only 1 of them is laying i think dirmaud would kill himself if he saw what his masterpiece of a garden was used for these days, a big chicken playground. Guest
did LLB do the inside of the house or was it just the garden you got done? The egg reminds me of Mork and Mindy too, perhaps a bit before your time though
