Lewis
Have you thought about having a Guide Dog Brood B.itch I have, but Dad wont let us get a dog so its a no go. Someone I know who is puppy walking at the moment's dog may be going to Australia as a Brood B.itch The closest I can get is other peoples dogs and sponsoring a puppy. Australia.... That's the first I've heard about Australia.... I don't think we have any BB's going there That's what he said to be I'll check
little chickadee
We've had an "I've arrived safely" card from Quita and her trainer! Was lovely to see her. Hopefully we'll be getting a phone call soon to let us know how she's settled in.
The Dogmother
Awww, bless her. It must be like sending your baby off to university.
little chickadee
Awww, bless her. It must be like sending your baby off to university. Except they don't come home in the holidays! I emailed her trainer today to give her a bit of background on Quita. Apparently a lot of puppy walkers send a letter, but I only found out when she was being taken in for training! I found out that she is being kenneled with a v. large German Sheppard called Hector who loves her to bits! My son is thrilled for her, as he loves "Sticky up ear dogs" and wants one himself one day! it's lovely to be able to picture who she's playing with! little chickadee
Quita is in advanced training now. My husband had a long chat with her new trainer and she seems to have settled in well

little chickadee
We're going to see her on Wednesday I'm sooooo excited. We've got to hide and watch her working in the harness then can have lots of time cuddling her afterwards Will try and remember to post pics, although I'm afraid I'm not on here very much due to problems skimming topics (eyes get too tired) Hope you're all well
