My husband works up near Leeds. Every time we all go for a weekend away up there he keeps telling me that we could probably afford a house with some land for what we would sell ours for south.

 

Maybe I'll have to take him a bit more seriously

I've got new neighbours moving today - a young couple, let's hope that they don't do loads of parties . They've got so much work to do on that house that they won't have any energy left for parties!

I think that mel tried to start a party up there when Lesley first announced it, but she didn't get far - you might fare better with her otherwise occupied. Tell you what COAM, I'll distract her on Saturday and you can sneak the wagons in the back way
