The Dogmother
My girls are collectively called The Chickie-dees. Their names are sort fo shortened versions of their full names, which are mostly songs from my youth: Sadie: Sexy Sadie Ruby: Ruby Tuesday (Rubes) Dolly: Ms Parton Betty: Black Betty ram a dam (Betty Boo) Lucille: As in 'you picked a fine time to leave me' Jude: Hey Jude Roxanne: see The Police (Roxy) Lily: Lily The Pink Fleur: not named after a song, name just suits her Lavinia: not named after a song, but she's lavender coloured Cats: Georgie - Usually called slinky because she flattens herself like a slinky; Biscuit - Fat Boy Bunnies; well their names are sort of nicknames anyway - Hunny Bunny and Cupcake Fish - only one of them is named - Lucy after a friend who has the memory of a goldfish
chickencam
We are terrible for nicknames in this family. Eggzeena - Eggy katya - Mother Dippy - Dipsy/just Dippy Sapphire - Busty Bertha or Bertha to her friends because she is so plump compared to all the others I once had a cat called Fleabag then later on we had another called Witty Woo and we called our dear departed cat Toffee Boff all for obvious reasons. When our eldest child was a baby she was called Cheesy again for obvious reasons and our youngest gets called Bad Mood Bear and Kitten Fluff dependant on her mood. Our son was always J Man now shortened to J. My hubby called me Skinny for years until I wasn't so skinny now I get called Mum/Boss. He hasn't really got a nickname. The cats are called Wiggy & Piggy(very greedy) P.s. we are all quite sane
