CatsCube Posted December 10, 2007 Share Posted December 10, 2007 A while back I saw Gordon Ramsey collect snails from his garden, and keep them at home for a while on a diet of carrots, in an ice cream tub to 'clean them out' then make a snail and pancetta salad with them. Now I have saved the reciep somewhere and have reasd HFW doing this too. And have always fancied giving it a go for a bit of fun. (have never eaten snails before). So I wondered if anyone else fancied the challenge. We all go out and collect ourselves some snail, and keep them as temporary pets (feel free to take pic and name them) and then we will all try out a load of assorted recieps with them, and have a snail night!
