chickenlass
I have to say that I really won't care what I watch this year......I will just relish the thought of watching anything at a normal level of volume as for more than 15 years we have had my parents to stay over Christmas and they are both very deaf but will not admit it. Consequently whatever we have watched in the past has been ear splitting loud [have even bought earphones for them to wear but that went down like a lead balloon] "Anyone would think we are deaf or something"!! This year they are at my stepbrothers. Have to say I am looking forward to "To the Manor born though."

We have lost Ethan's DVD & don't want to have to buy him a new one if we can tape it instead

Guest
We have tickets for Kylie in Manchester (wanted O2 Arena or Belfast but sold out in minutes) We have tickets for the 02 arena :D:D A xx I wish we'd got somewhere other than Manchester, as we saw her there last time, but some of the dates would have meant a day off school for Harry and Jules. Dan has said as a treat we can visit the East Lancs Railway though Who's now?

craftyhunnypie
yes - I think we will be watching Dr who. Not sure what else, as I haven't studied the TV mag yet. We will see to the chooks, open prezzies with some bucks fizz, eat chocolate buttons etc for breakfast (it's a Christmas tradition), have proper breakfast, have Christmas music blaring out in the kitchen whilst preparing dinner. Open & swap prezzies when my family arrive, play with the chooks in the garden for an hour. Come in - have dinner then chill & play pass the bomb, deal or no deal etc. Eat more choccies - then we will go my parents house for turkey butties & buffet style tea & watch loads of telly etc. Hoping someone will get a Wii, so we can have a laugh doing the Mario Olympics or similar.
