I can play the didgeridoo, sort of! So can I come and chill too? And I've just arranged secret guitar lessons - OH plays and I want to surprise him - he got me a bog standard acoustic about 18 months ago and I've never done anything about it. Of course, I could surprise everyone by being COMPLETELY RUBBISH! But you've got to have a go.

I'm afraid I love both pictures, LOVE the orange piano, LOVE the purple umbrella. Where'd d'you get the umbrella? Want one want one!

i love the piano, where was it from?

it came from a piano shop near Windsor - it was secondhand ( has a great tone though) and probably a one of as Zender only used to make wood effect pianos

I'm trying to find out a little bit more about it's history.........keep coming to a dead end as Zender have been bought out a few times

Wonderful piano Pam. The garden is gorgeous, but as you said, best take another photo when everythings blooming. But that piano is so unusual, it deserves to be seen as well as heard

I have no idea how they managed to get the alternating pics, but the people to ask are Egluntine or Dan. Debs13 has one as well, but I'm guessing that she enlisted Dan's help in making it. Although come to think of it why do I make that assumption.............Deb's could have made them both

 

I've voted for the umbrella. Both pics are great and you have a lovely home, but in my opinion the piano one looks a little busy for an avatar, whilst I think that the umbrella one is more dominated by the rather stylish parasol and is a little easier on the eye as an avatar. But both are great, go for whichever one you prefer .
