Guest
Sounds like we're getting a good kitchen team together, Shona. We'll let you off breakfast duty if you have a hangover!! Thanks, probably a good idea!
Martin B
We should come up with a menu and duty list for the cooking!

Cate in NZ
I'll volunteer myself for Andy & Susanne's sick bay team (not sure about the bed-making though Andy..... I can do a mean hospital corner still, but in these days of duvets ) I could refresh my midwifery skills too, and then offer my services to Gina and the next generation of Omleteers. Any walls likely to need laying? I'm up for that, and a little basic plumbing if necessary Hubby'll entertain the children, but only if they like football, qualified FA coach and training as a ref at the moment
Nicola H
Oh the commune sounds like such a lovely place to be...........Not sure what I could add but I can cook and knit and i am very good at cleaning so maybe you could put me down for cleaning duties, I love hoovering I know it is sad I can't help myself................ Cate in NZ
Is he going to ref sunday league games?---Martin--- Yes Martin, that's the plan. He does most Sundays anyway to be honest, for son's team, but with the training he can get paid for it, ref adult sides and wear the snazzy black oufit Oh, and get insulted by everyone.... so what's new Did you know that young people can train as ref's too? Hubby's in his 40's, but in his class there's him and another man of a similar age, all the rest are 14 & 15 year olds. Son's so impressed by that he plans to sign up for the next course. Round here the training costs £45, but if you qualify (exam at the end) young people are then able to ref junior league matches. Son's got great ideas of being able up to bump up pocket money by reffing at tournaments etc As if I need any more football football in my life Quick aside, son and hubby in mourning today, big black moods all around, M'boro 4- Charlton 2 Good match though apparently. Martin B
It was a brilliant match indeed, middlesborough ripped them, they scored some great goals! The semi final for west ham vs boro is at the home of football.... VILLA PARK!
Aunty e
Sounds like a brilliant idea. I can milk cows and goats, shear sheep and I'm a decent pig herder. I like mucking out if no one else does. I used to be a dressmaker and I'm pretty good at dry stone walling and really quite good at plumbing. Can I come too? Please? OH is a musician, so perhaps not so useful. He doesn't mind unskilled manual labour though.
Guest
Aunty E, please bring your OH. I like musicians and we need lots of singers, especially men, in the choir.
