Mutrix Farmers
have to confess that I thought it was a bit of a gimmick, but I might look at one. We have Wii sports and I find the tennis is enough of a workout for me but I break out in a sweat watching the rugby!!!!

Karen & co.
This sounds like quite a good gadget I thought at first it would be a 5 minute wonder but if it gets families and friends together having fun and excercise, then it must be good Karen x

Couperman
It sounds like the original promotional video doesn't do it justice There was no skiing on that! Just the stick your leg out game Kev.
SarahJo
There are 40 activities in toltal - split into catagories like balance, stamina, aerobic etc. As you gain points you unlock more games - so Joe has unlocked a penguin game, and next will be snowboarding. It is really good - as it also charts your weight and plots your BMI - so if you are serious in losing weight and improving fitness at home, it will log your progress acurately. OH stayed up laast night trying to beat youngests slalom time . He failed .....
Louise
hmmmmmm I have never succumbed to any of these games machines but this is sounding tempting I am too fat to contemplate going to a class etc so you never know
SarahJo
Got to admit Louise - OH has recently joined a Gym while on a course for 8 weeks, and I did lose a little by cutting back. for a wedding last weekend. NOW - I just live as I do - so far youngest is underweight ( always has been though ), eldest is perfect, and OH and I are the same BMI - right in the middle of overweight . Reassured me that I am only 30 years old interms of fitness, as opposed to my true 37yrs . I thought this was a gimmicky thing - had no idea OH had bought one, but it is good. ( my opinion only - please be advised opinions can go up or down, depending on the person )
Mrs Frugal
It is really good - as it also charts your weight *Gulp*
Helly Welly
We got ours on Friday, had it pre-ordered at Toys r us. I have to say we found it great fun. I couldnn't do much because of my hypermobility syndrome but was able to pick and choose the bits i could do. Abi had a good go and really enjoyed it. There isn't anywhere local that's safe enough for her to play, we don't live in the best area, and the garden is a bit too muddy at this time of year. At least this way she is exercising and having fun. She's pretty fit ayway but her posture and balance aren't too good and the Wii Fit gives you the opportunity to work on these. She also tends to get up a lot earlier than us at weekends, i'd rather she went n this than just watched tv. OH turned out to be really good at Yoga. And before you ask, it was a gorgeous day today so none of us have been on it, we've been outside in the garden all day.
