Couperman
fits of laughter! When I first saw the Wii Fit advert I thought 'that's a good idea!' Then I saw this parody and thought, 'maybe it isn't'. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=_iYBmAVuBns Tickle me, I'm off to buy a Hula Hoop! Kev. FORENSICA
Funny But I must admit, I am still tempted to get it
Egluntyne
Absolutely brilliant. Doesn't it demonstrate how so many of these "must haves" have a touch of the Emperors New clothes about them. I suppose come October people will be paying silly money for them, buying and selling them on Ebay for the Christmas rush.
Goosey Lucy
We have a wii but I'm still tempted to get this Very funny though

I think I might want one though!!! I can just picture new WI fitness classes all over the country with large plasma screens in your local leisure centre!!! Couperman
I bought Cathy a Wii for Christmas and I think they are really good. I just can't see the need for the Wii fitness plank though The standard boxing game is better exercise! In fact it's more energectic than a real punch up, only easier on the looks Kev. Guest
I preorderd mine last year! I LIKE exercising in my living room, it will fit under the TV cabinet with the DVD Player that I NEVER use. Oh and I've got plans to use it in control lessons - there is some seriously interesting technology there - I might even use it with my alt ed classes to help them understand how to describe a technology in detail for OCR unit 8. I will remind the cleaner to dust it though!

baby bears mum
I love it - especially the Ikea bit. I'm still interested thought because to be honest I'd rather inflict my flabby bits on the furniture than anyone else. I was also told they are going to be bringing other games out that you can use the board for as well - skiing was mentioned - so I think I might get it for Baby Bear (no honest it really will be for her )

Popcorn
Very funny! Can't beat a bit of sarcasm! I don't think you can beat joining a class for fitness though. Gets you out of the house, you meet other people, make new friends and all the other benefits that go with it. Mind you, I've never been one to exercise to a video in my living room. I'd still like to have a go on one though. I imagine it's a lot of fun initially.

chocchick
I'm torn. I would use it (at least a few times ) but would not pay £50 or £60 for it I did spend a few months using a fitness DVD regularly as struggle to fit in exercise as don't really want to, takes so much time getting there/getting changed etc. and I develop clicking joints The Wii sports is quite good. The tennis and boxing are good for fitness and it either came with our wii, or was cheap, or OH just paid for it
