I did the C2C!!!

I cant believe it. I trained nowhere near as much as i should have because of the weather and taking kids out in the rain.

We left on thursday and started on friday at whitehaven at 1 o clock. Stopped at greystoke at 8:30. was so knackered. Started at 10 on the saturday and went onto nenthead and got there for 6pm. chuffed to bits with that but ws really sick!!

Started the last day from nenthead at 10:30 and finished at roker marina at 5pm.

We raised nearly 12 k for macmillan nurses and got a mentioning in the paper.

chuffed to bits.

Thought i'd just say that every year we should raise the bar for ourselves... it's amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it!!!

Where did you start from? It might say in the article but it won't load for me! I grew up in Whitehaven and we saw so many people setting off from Whaven or St. Bees - i would love to do it but it won't be for a few years yet due to trying to sort out my knee problems!
