karlotta
I've dragged myself away to come and tell you all about it! Angus got here about 10.45 and was very quick to put the cube together, he said he had another pink one to deliver today too! Ruby (Gingernut) and Betty (Pepperpot) had their wings clipped and loked right at home straight away... headed straight for the Grub as if they hadn't eaten for days!! Then we had some introductions to make - my Newfies Lola and Martha thought they were very exciting - Martha (who's only 18 months - so really a baby herself still) was quite excited to have new friends so i think will have to stay on the lead for a little while! My older girl Lola decided that treats were much more exciting than chickens! After a bit of lunch outside (inc dogs!) we headed over to Foxfield Fowls to get the rest of my girls. Lily (Coral), Sally (Sussex), Delilah (Cuckoo) and Valerie (Mendlesham) were safely boxed up and were home in no time... The first two looked a bit surprised to have new friends, but they've all settled nicely together! More doggie introductions followed (a lot less interest from all parties already - phew!) I've not seen anyone use the Super Glug yet.... should I worry as it's quite warm today? I've taken loads of pics so will upload some later! Ain't Nobody Here
Yes, i'm getting the run with extension! I read that too fast and thought it said "I'm getting the runs with excitement!" I was just thinking "too much information " when I read it again . Congratulations on your new pink cube - look forward to photos .

mrsallen08
How amazing! Your pics are great! I had no idea it was a real OMLET van that comes! They are all beautiful hens. Did you decide the names before or when they arrived? You will be out so early tomorrow morning I guarantee it! Congratulations!

karlotta
Thanks guys! Ruby is the biggest character of the lot already! She comes trotting over when i open the door and has eaten out of my hand! The names were picked before they came... they are all songs, so it won't be long till i'm singing away merrily at 6am to them!
