JulesL Posted August 2, 2008 Share Posted August 2, 2008 Hubby has just asked how we are going to keep our eggs in order once the girls eventually start laying. Hopefully we should get 3 a day. We are thinking about trying to get a long tray where you start them putting the eggs in from one end and take from the first row when you are using up the eggs (being the oldest eggs). But I also write the day of lay on each egg in pencil (then anyone who I give them to knows they have to been eaten within 28 days of that date).
