Trish
Just wanted to add my thanks for a great evening, it was lovely to meet everyone. Turned out I wasn't the only one camping, Nicholas and Hayley (Eglu owners of the month) were also camping but their tent had poles missing and they ended up sleeping in the car. I finished the visit down south with a great trip to Lesley's farm before the three hour drive back home.

I was chatting with them at the end, very nice and hope I've persuaded them to join the forum BBx
Trish
Hi Buffie, yes the poor pair had to sleep in the car and then we couldn't get out of the car park We chatted a bit as we waited to be let out and they sounded interested in the forum so I hope they do join, they were nice people. I think they are the Eglu owners of the month on this months newsletter. Ooops said that already, too early. Taking eldest son to court today. Don't worry he was on the receiving end of an attempted robbery last year and today is the court case.
AnnieP
Oh! Good luck. Its still very intimidating, no matter which side of the law you were on! Hope there's not too much waiting around for you.
Trish
humph after pleading not guilty and making us all go to court the toe rag turned up late today and then pleaded guilty so we weren't needed in court after all. The court people were great though and we were only there till 10:30 so not bad at all. Matt was a bit disappointed he'd got all fired up to do his bit in court ans he never even saw the room
AnnieP
How annoying! And what a waste of tax payer's money! I got called for jury sevice once... I was so scared! Luckily, I didn't get selected, so I went home again very quickly!

PurpleHen
It's from a local gift shop - not sure if they even still do them - I spotted it a while ago when the raffle was first mentined and they tend to have things in until sold - then different stuff. If I can find out where they got it from I will let you know....
