Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

Despite the issues with the manure that killed some of our crop and the awful weather all summer yesterday we got two seconds and a third in the village produce show, so something positive Entered 5 items and got 3 prizes, so we are pleased.

 

For those interested 2nd king edwards (pots), 3rd pink fir apples (pots) and other 2nd for courgettes, incl flower.

I could tell the story of the elderly gentleman relative who bought a rather large tomato in sainsburys and passed it off as his own and won first prize. However I do not want Grandad's identity to be released to the public...whoops
