How Quickly Does Albendazole Work?

noodle seems to be failing fast and its come on all of a sudden. she has lost a lot of weigh and is sleeping all the time, she is struggling to stand up and really doesnt seem well at all. we gave her some water via a syringe but its not looking good. she is asleep in a box in the living room at the moment. i have no idea at all what is wrong.

 

i am not looking forward to the morning.

I'm so sorry to hear that, Laura. Her symptoms don't give much clue as to what's wrong . Have you wormed her recently?

How are things?

noodle is still alive, but is not standing or moving and looking really sorry for herself. she has been on my knee and had a couple of syringes of water and we have cleaned her up. its very odd as we have had a chook with sour crop before, looks sort of like it but theres something not quite the same. could be an impacted crop but it doesnt seem very full. more water in a bit to try and keep her hydrated. we shall just have to see how tonight goes.

sandy, i hope things are picking up for you with your chickadee.

she is still alive, but very sleepy. she is taking water and a little mashed up cereal. so fingers are still crossed.
