Instead of 100 grams I seemed to remember 500 grams when I went shopping. What can I do with a kilo and a half of dried sweetened cranberries? Anybody got any recipes? DH has just been in and disappeared with a huge handful, so they won't last long enough for another bottle of Cinnamon's Spicy Vodka to get going!! Forgot to get the fresh ones this afternoon when I went shopping, for Cinnamon's Apple & Cranberry Chutney Can't go shopping tomorrow as my newly spayed baby will need (well will get!!) constant attention to keep her calm with the other 2 muppets in close attendance! Can I make the vodka in a bottle and then decant into nice ones for pressies, or does it need to 'brew' in the bottle it stays in? I'll be lucky to have half a bottle for me. Managed to collect enough sloes for ONE bottle this year and that's ALL MINE!!!!! Cinnamon, your recipe is wonderful.
