sparkysmum Posted November 5, 2008 Share Posted November 5, 2008 Our lovely guinea pig Ginger passed away today. She was over 5yrs old and had a happy, happy life. As my son said "she was the best guinea in the universe" We think she had a little stroke on Sunday and developed a terrible tremor. We took her to the vets who know her well and she said that although she was clearly very ill there was still a sparkle about her eyes. We cuddled her until we absolutely had to go to bed ourselves and got up to her first thing this morning. She died in my arms just after 7am. She was beautiful, we loved her. We will all miss her as she spent so much time on the settee, table, bed, in fact almost anywhere but her hutch. Allisonx Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
