Redwing Posted November 5, 2008 Share Posted November 5, 2008 Sorry to post twice in a day but I am getting frustrated trying to buy Flubenvet. I ordered this off of a website which said it was a prescription only medicine, the website asked me to fill in details of the chickens including names! I wrongly assumed that they would prescribe and then dispatch my Flubenvet. It seems I was mistaken they have asked me for a prescription. I have cancelled my order and am not sure what to do, I could go to my vet and get the prescription but would have to take my chickens in and pay for the priviledge. I am sure it cannot be so hard to buy this stuff so before I start shelling out for a vet for completely healthy chickens I thought I would ask you how you managed to get hold of yours! Gamebird Posted November 5, 2008 Share Posted November 5, 2008 I really can't remember from where I bought my Flubenvet but I certainly did not need a prescription. Maybe things have changed but this site does not demand a prescription but you must abide by certain rules. However, I have only 6 chickens and a lot of Flubenvet.
