theherd123
Oh pants i missed the feature on the radio - they are rambling on about cheating GCSE students now So glad the RSPCA have gone in, hopefully the rest of the herd will survive now. I agree with Claret perhaps it was all the phone calls they have had.
The Dogmother
After all the pressure and the media coverage I reckon that it would've looked pretty bad if they hadn't gone in.

theherd123
Ok quick cow update! The RSPCA are now looking after the cows after much publicity & many calls from people to the charity - well done to all who called the number Buffie put at the top of my post! At present a local bridal way is closed as the cows are very scared & very mistrusting of people. It was really good to see them eating lots of hay and looking much happier than last week. The RSPCA have called one of the cows Norman - he appears to be the leader and was the first to go into the shelter and leads the other round the field - Good on ya Norman!! The future of the cows is still unclear but at least they are being looked after now and have food & water. BBC Midlands Today have had many many offers from the public to help provide food & care for the cows - Lesley were you one of them!!! Lesley
- No, but we did think about it. We haven't got enough room and not much grass at the moment - they would cost a fortune to feed and we still have a bridging loan
