It was a strange sort of day - I started off wearing my skirt inside out. No problem I wasn't going anywhere just digging in the garden. Perhaps it was an omen for what was to happen later. OH moved the girlies dust bath nearer to the cube, tucked away almost behind the oak tree. Come evening and I was putting the girls back in the cube run with their evening meal, Cheyenne did not want to go in, so I stepped back, stood awkwardly on the dustbath and fell over backwards into it, legs up in the air - one shoe went flying too. Cheyenne went skidaddling up the garden honking like a goose while the other two just looked as if to say "well she hasn't got frilly knickers like us". I looked around and fortunately "Ooops, word censored!"ody was looking. Then I went back to get Annie, closely followed by Sioux (Patch stayed in the cube run scoffing everyone's goodies). Then followed scenes from Benny Hill as I tried to get the two escapees back down and into the run.

 

So apologies for my incredible bulk sending earth tremors everywhere. At least I won't have to delouse myself for a while!

I didn't feel a tremor but then again we are a long long way away .

Lucky for me he was having a forty winks on the bed - I asked him if he had heard me laughing. DD was on the computer doing homework and DS was galivanting somewhere, so no human witnesses!!

Well thank goodness "Ooops, word censored!"ody felt the ripples, well, Gamebird perhaps! Thankfully I didn't hurt myself, and not one bruise (too much blubber for protection I guess). The old sandpit was wedged up against a little conifer and that broke my fall by resting up against my back. It was like sitting in a very low armchair, and the dirt was lovely and soft too - only my pride was injured a bit. All that and still 2 bowls in my hand - no spillages - bring on It's a Knockout, I've already started training!
