This is that giant Christmas tree that was on the news yesterday. A father wanted to surprise his son so he got a 35foot tree, chopped it into thirds and installed it in his house!!!

2000 led lights, 160 baubles and they had to get the fire brigade to put the star on top. Branches are sticking out of windows which thy are having to leave open and he's got fake snow over all the floors as well. The tre cost £250!!! What credit crunch

Here's mine from last year... "Ooops, word censored!"ody in the family likes Chrisrtmas cake, so I made a pavlova with the raspberries strained from Phil's Raspberry Vodka that I made.

I got the image from Google! Sorry. I didn't mean to mislead anybody into thinking it was something I'd made myself.

 

I think it might be a Lilliput Lane cottage rather than a cake. My attempts at moulded icing would not be anything in comparison (though I was quite pleased with my "Trap Door" cake when DD was little).

Blimey Claret, you've set my imagination off at a tangent. I'm thinking of a goldfish in a manger surrounded by langoustine, shrimps and squid. Then the big guns come in, dolphins, mantas and narwals. Of course there would have to be angel fish in attendance too!! It's a miracle they can keep that candle lit under water!
