Ain't Nobody Here
Mmm, that sounds nice . I have often have leeks in my veg box and could do with something interesting to do with them . I'll have to wait 4 days for enough eggs though, we're only getting one a day at present .
Egluntyne
It will be worth the wait!

Guest
I do a very similar dish except I put it in all in a pastry case so it's a flan!!! Nice and easy to take a slice to work with me then! Louise

frenchtoast
Sounds delicious! I think this mixture might be nice as a baked pasta dish - like a very posh macaroni cheese?
Ain't Nobody Here
My OH commented that it was just like a cheese souffle. I used to make them but they were such a faff . This is much easier (and nicer) .
Barkisland
Thanks for this lovely recipe I made it last night, served it with gammon, and it was gorgeous. I reheated the remaining piece and had it for lunch with some salad and it was every bit as good as last night - similar to tortilla. I will make this often. It's DELICIOUS! I will definitely be making this again in the future
