Paola
Soooooo cute, shame you did not win I thought £8 ish was reasonable for a pattern Esp one like that
Egluntyne
Pattern removed from a magazine! Bloomin' heck! A couple of torn pages in other words.
Snowy
I suppose it was the rarity value - it was a pattern pulled out of a magazine (I bet it was copied before it was sold though - wonder if it is worth contacting the seller and offering to pay for a copy of the copy! )

Egluntyne
Says not a copy, but I'm sure you are right....the seller will have copied it first. I wonder how much a copy of the copy would go for? Then Janty could sell us all a copy of the copy of the original copy.
Janty
We could all make funky psychedelic polands.
Janty
I have sent the seller a message asking if she had a photocopy that I could buy. Another possibilty is my lovely knitting and craft shop in Beccles. I am starting a chicken tea cosy today and I just called the ladies in the shop and asked if they had any chicken toy patterns. They said that they were sure that they did have some and that they would hunt them out for me. I am driving over there later. Beccles is always a nice place to go for a stroll and a cuppa. Janty
The knitting shop didn't have anything like the pattern on ebay. The seller has responded and said that ebay had not included the number of the pattern on my question so if I could give her more detail then she would have a good look as she often has duplicate patterns but she couldn't sell me a photocopy because of copyright laws. I have sent her more details and am waiting for a reply. Fingers crossed.
