sandyhas3chucks Posted February 1, 2009 Share Posted February 1, 2009 i read somewhere about a house trained chicken I think was readers digest? so 1 hour no pooh? how about taking them back out with some sort of pooh command as you would a dog(appaently you can clicker train chickens!) then back in. you could have the 1st house trained flock! chelsea Posted February 2, 2009 Author Share Posted February 2, 2009 Came home from work astonished She has demolished a whole corn on the cob , half a honey seed bar, and 2 "Nice" biscuits (wouldnt normally feed these but we found its the only thing she would eat yesterday) Tail is up and being wagged, red comb and she is everywhere in my kitchen! I was so worried about going to work today and leaving her and could not believe my eyes when I got in and she was going bonkers over a corn on the cob. I think she's going to be very hard to get out of the kitchen, she seems to have settled in very well, doesnt even bat an eye lid at the dishwasher/microwave and dog running in and out She might be in with us for some time though, vet said the stitches have to stay in 6 weeks.
