Guest
HI I went to Wickes today and paid 11.75 for 3 x 90 litre sacks of wood bark(its the big chunky stuff)..I was buying some wood so it was convenient. B&Q chip seems popular so i may need to have a look at that. the 90 litre bags were heavy ..i managed to attract a kind gentlemen to help me put them on the trolley(damsel in distress ) And asked Wickes for help to put them in the car..blooming heavy things. I love hearing about all these new arrivals (obviously green) indie
Jennyhenny
Indie999 Mine were 56 litre bags, from what Ive read on the forum woodchip seems to last longer than bark chip - no expert though because my girls dont arrive til TODAY yey Never been up so early at a weekend - I'm watching the clock go round but it isn't going round quick enough Jennyhenny P.S. Camera ready to go
Falkor
Yep the bark is HEAVY!! Another reason why I much preferred Wood chips, it lasts longer, dries out and I can lift the bags myself lol! Excited for you and your delivery. Will check back in a bit for the pics!

dancing cloud
Are they there yet? Are they there yet? It's supposed to be brighter weather later - not that you'll care a bit, but it reduces the chances of hypothermia and makes for better photos! Chickvic
Have they arrived yet? I must admit mine turned up early - about 8.30am instead of between 9 and 10. They phoned first to check it was ok and I was so relieved - I'd been up since the crack of dawn, dived into the shower and spent the rest of the time pacing around looking at all the clocks in the house!
