Guest
I'm hosting Christmas for the first time this year, and was thinking of buying a plain white dinner service, and decorating it just for use at Christmas. Does anyone know of a website where I can buy gold/silver paint for the purpose, and can you use the same paint on glasses?
ubereglu
Find a website that sells dylon fabric paint and that'll do the job. For glass you need peobo paint as you can't use the same thing on glass as fabric and find a site which sells that. Hope that helps!
Mrs Frugal
Lots of online places sell Pebeo paints. I used some to do something similar a few years ago and the paints are very effective. I got mine from an art shop in town though so I could see the colours properly. The dinner service is still in use 3 years down the line . You paint it then bake the plates in the oven. Louise
I must admit I was confused for a minute there as I thought it was a tablecloth and glass ware you were decorating
