baby birtle mcsquirtles of the family, aged 4 has the attitude this morning, all exited and has gone to school. "aah mum" she said tutting "you going home then? - bye", and almost pushed me out of the door!!!

 

talk about settling her in.........i doubt she'll be as exited by the end of the week!!

Its nice to feel wanted isn't it?! Actually I've always been glad if my kids have happily gone into school. My two boys were fine but it took my DD ages before she settled.

 

I hope she has a brilliant time at school.

Always a tough one, but it is a good thing that she was happy to get on with it, she is obviously a happy secure little girl

 

My 2 girls were great my son was less keen but was ok.

Oh how lovely that she was so happy to go, although I know how tough it can be on us Mums

 

I had a mixed response from my 4 and I was never really sure which was harder - the ones who just trotted off without so much as a look back, or the limpet one who had to be peeled off Had a tear in my eye regardless

well she came home just as blaze as she left!!! entered the house, emptied her pack lunch bag, said it was the best meal ever!!!! and then decided (with the neighbours 4 yr old) that as they were now big girls at school - that they could go to the park by themselves ....needless to say that did not happen!!

glad day one went well! My friend's little boy thought he only had to go once and was really excited on day one but less so on day 2 when he realised it was "for ever"!!!

Aparently on the morning of my second day at school, when my Mum said time for school, I said 'no I did that yesterday'
