fluffyknickers
Anyone tried these http://www.avenuesupplies.co.uk/index.php?id=861&pid=5753&sid=1 When we were on holiday in the New Forest the lodge we stayed in had them on the windows so googled them. Dont want to waste money and dont want anything that actually attracts them but kills them! Michelle
..lay a little egg for me
I got some of these from Waitrose last year. I thought they were good as the flies always head for the windows so they do seem to trap a lot of flies. Compared with the other methods I have tried I thought they were quite effective...as we have a fishtank in the kitchen we can't use spray or similar and the electrocuting thingy we had was useless and the fly strips look so ugly plus the place we found to hang them did not seem to intercept many flies! I have just bought another pack for this year. Can't remember how much they were from Waitrose though.
Helly Welly
I got some last year and just bought some more from Wilkinsons. I found them really good, better than fly paper and they don't look as obtrusive.
Martin B
We put some in the kitchen last summer when we had a few flies around just after the wheelie bins were introduced, they were fantastic and the success rate was phenomenal within a week the whole thing was covered in flies and other small fly like things. Chucky Mama
I use these: http://www.petvetcare.co.uk/acatalog/Household.html (scroll to bottom of page) I put them on my windows ages ago and they are still very effective
Cinnamon
The ones I have look almost identical, but are by Vapona & rather than being sticky & attracting the buzzers, like it sounds like Martins ones did, it releases a killer which, well kills them! They worked really well. http://mydeco.com/p/vapona-fly-killer-window-sticker/6cf4a326a9ac443916e20825c013494fb16a5bf4/

fluffyknickers
My ones the flies dont stick to - they touch it and die. x
The Dogmother
I haven't used them for ages - didn't find them effective. I've got one of those UV zappers instead - works wonders and the best bit is all the dead critters in the tray at the bottom so you can tell it works!
