chickencam Posted April 30, 2009 Share Posted April 30, 2009 I did the same this morning up at 7am back in bed at 9.15am but I was back up again at 11am. I have also had a cold with a really sore throat and cough. I spent last week painting the kitchen working through it and I have been really busy this week so far. I felt shattered this morning so I though ok me time back to bed and I felt better for it. Too often we don't listen to our bodies when they are trying to tell us something. this comes from me who is always lecturing my children about getting enough sleep Hope you feel better soon Fee.
