4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Yesterday afternoon I found Jim dead in the coop

 

Don't know why, however he was 3 1/2 years old and I think he was getting too hot, even though our run is in complete shade and they had ice cubes in their water
