Plum
Oh dear sounds poorly. I would check her over by looking at her crop in the morning and making sure it's empty. Have a look at her comb and see if its paler than normal. Listen to her breathing and check her nostrils for any discharge and smell her breath. Feel how heavy she is, does she feel any lighter. Check her poo - any different to normal and look at her vent, is it clean is there a smell, any signs of lice and mites? Then someone experienced will be on to give you advice. I love buff sussex, hope she picks up soon.
Lewis
You need to make sure she is kept hydrated. Do as Plum says, check her over for an impacted crop. Is she laying yet? Hope she is ok soon .
Egluntyne
In addition to the above, I would consider worming her with Flubenvet.

Chucky Mama
I wonder if she is getting ready to lay. Whether she is or now she needs to eat and drink. I would tempt her to eat and drink as a priority. If she is eating then worming with flub would be a good idea. Make sure she is kept warm(cool if hot and sunny - fat chance of that though). If she wont eat then maybe a trip to the vet is indicated.
