Glass of sherry as we deck the halls and then sit and watch wall to wall Christmas movies. We save Muppet Christmas Carol and Miracle on 34th street until the 23rd

Christmas movies?

 

It just isn't Christmas without 'The Wizard of Oz', even the boys like that, and a good Doris Day film - either 'By the Light of The Silvery Moon' or 'On Moonlight Bay', or even better - BOTH!

I just love the soppy American made for TV movies that they show during weekday afternoons in the run up to Christmas..... rotten TV, but fabulous time waster tear jerkers and great to write cards/ wrap presents too

Still, it is only November, I know, December on Friday.....but it's only November today
