Started drizzling around 4-ish. By 5 o'clock the girls were hinting "time for bed" so I gave them their tea 15 minutes later. It's quite dark and gloomy now. Lots of wood smoke in the air, so I guess people have lit their fires around here. Heaven forbid I suggested turning the heating on this evening - overruled. Get a jumper on, he said. Valkyrie Posted October 11, 2009 Share Posted October 11, 2009 It was a nice day yesterday, although it did cloud over in the middle and I thought "oh bother", like you do , but then it was sunny enough to clean out the cube. Later in the day more cloud - very big black ones that looked really ominous, yet pretty with the sun on the autumn leaves in front. When we came home from mum's the sky was clear and starry and a little chilly - 13 degrees, so not too bad.
