freespiritbutterfly
Im very very very sorry for those who stayed up waiting for me . After all that I never met his parents!!! What happend was that on sat night I was spose to go out with him and his mates because one of his mates was leaving for India for 6 months. Anyway i choose not to go becuase i don't drink and thought he'd ahve more fun with his mates getting drunk not having to worry about me. Anyway on sat night b 4 he went out he said he would ring me on sunday morning to give me times etc. I waited till 3pm and heard nout so I txt him saying hope your not feeling to ill and that you had a good night last night obv u had because I haven't heard from you. He then rang me and said he had to go and get his car back froma friends in town but Birmingham centre was closed due to half world marathon and said he woukd ring me when he got bk. Right ( sorry for going on) I got a phone call at 7 saying he was back and do I want to come over. I did and there wasnt any parents in sight. Phew. Sorry once again for keeping you all on tender hooks and waiting so very patiently for my update. But is dad came into work this morning and said to me that he was glad that i didnt go on sat night with them because he said" Steve and his mates don't go out and get drunk very often but when they do they go stupid" so he said he was glad i didnt go because it was no place for a young girl and would put me off him for life. We shall see (sorry for such a long post)

Chook n Boo Mum
It may not have felt like at at 2.30 on Sunday afternoon, but they sound a very considerate family ...maybe a little more communication would have been good on Steve's part but hopefully he'll make up for it now...and the choccy no doubt helped !! I don't know about the others but I've definitely had a "mother hen" feeling about you & your young man Sha x

chickenNutter
Ooooh! What an anticlimax! OK so your not grounded. I agree his Dad sounds nice, and very caring. May be Sunday lunch next week? Don't let Steve walk all over you though, he should have let you know what was happening on Sunday morning. Naughty boy, I think we should send Major Bloodnok round to have a word with him.
