Mumsie over so I WON'T RAMBLE SCRAMBLE!!!!! I like that - it rhymes - ooh rambled again.

She keeps hovering. Gahhh. I like to be by myself sometimes. Perhaps I should stop using deodorant.

Get well soon PT and ttfn to everyone and nighty night in case I can't sneak away again.

Night JJ + Laura :D

Where you off to tomorrow?

Just making a powerpoint of loads of chick pictures and videos in chronological order for Wed (open evening) and sorting out some chicken facts.

I've done the guess how much space a battery hen is 'prescribed' to live in

... 450cm2 and an A4 piece of paper is 650cm2 :(

They'll hopefully provoke a few reactions and questions and convert a few more people.

Oh ok, sounds good :)

 The teachers all think I'm mad ... I know I am  but if it gets people interested then it can't be a bad thing.

When the chicks hatched they said they'd never had so many teachers and pupils through the doors 8) and the same thing happened at the last open evening so it makes them look better as a dept.

 People don't realise they turn into chickens

A few people at school were like, I'll have one of the chicks - the plan was that I'd have them all along and re-home the cockerels, but in the end the teacher just said they were all going to a farm just to shut up the little kids

They said they're going to do it again and keep them on-site, but I'll believe it when I see it!

Lewis has just realised ... where's this picture of your car Laura! :shameonu:

We have loads of room and massive rugby/cricket pitches, I just don't know where they'll go, what in, who'll look after them, where they'll go in holidays etc.

Not sure they'll be too safe either - it only takes one stupid child to open the door + they're out.

Hi peeps. Lovely pumpkin Lewis.

Laura your mum and I have a lot in common it seems.

Tonight's the night for doing spells to find out your true love (blehhhhh, tried it and it doesn't work). The scariest one is to throw a cotton reel up the garden while holding onto one end. You then walk up the garden winding it up and your other half will be holding the rest of it and give you back the other end. I thought I would end up with Frankenstein's monster, actually I ended up with a werewolf. Oh and the other horrible scarey one is to peel an orange in front of your dressing table (lights out and candles by the mirror to reflect - that's scarey in itself). You mustn't leave until you have eaten the orange and your phantom other half should appear behind you - which is something I would hate to do even now.3.gif

Happy Halloween

I wouldn't say I'm really a halloweeny trick or treat party person...explain why that's what I'm doing this evening?

Basically in my friends eyes I'm there to entertain her little sisters and brother

I have to carve 5 diferent pumpkins for them

They want Cinderella on one

Hope you all have a good (and spooky ) day :D
