Cinnamon
I always think that this is the most horrible time of year - cold, grey, damp & a long while to spring So to cheer myself up I have been thinking about things to look forward to in 2007. Some are more personal than others, but I hope you can all tell me what you are looking forward to this year too 1 - The launch of the MK3 Eglu, & its arrival in my garden shortly after! 2 - The new Harry Potter movie in July & also Pirates 3, His Dark Materials 1, & so many more I cannot think of now. 3 - The new & final Harry Potter book. And all the other new great books I am yet to read. 4 - Losing some weight! -I said that last year but have somehow managed to gain 1 stone 5 - Being able to wear Crocs again, when it is dryer & warmer. 6 - Summer !!!!!!!! 7 - The Hubbys 40th birthday in April.I am saving to get him a Breitling watch, which he has always wanted. 8 - Holidays - Centerpercs in March, Kos in June 9 - Big Brother 10 - Being more self sustaining. Recycling more, Growing more veggies in the garden , cooking more & maybe getting solar panels for the roof.

Guest
I'm still wearing my Crocs Sarah - with bare feet, indoors and out Me too! I do own socks - I wear them if we go Bowling or if I have to wear wellies, neither of which I do very often. Other than that I never wear anything on my feet except shoes. I haven't even got any slippers this year, so I'm wearing flip-flops indoors.

Cate in NZ
I heard on the news last night that a long hot summer is predicted, something to do with El Nino being active again this year and global warming Being a sunshine girl at heart I'm really looking forward to the sun again, and some patches of green grass instead of all the mud. We're in a state of confusion at the moment, hubby has the prospect of a new job which if all goes to plan will start in October 07. But it would mean moving quite a distance away, and I can't decide if I want that amount of upheaval right now. Bad time to move in view of the children's education and not sure about the impact on our careers and pensions. So I'm looking forward to making the decision finally, and being happy and relaxed with whatever we decide. So I'm not sure what 2007 is going to bring for me...... but I'm looking forward to some changes

This year, I'm looking forward to: Adding to my little flock of chickens Finding 'THE' house in the Borders Continuing with all the things I enjoyed last year - having a giggle on the forum, chatting with good friends, playing with my children, choking when Tigger parps, eating good food, drinking nice wine, playing footsie under the duvet with Hartley, and (hopefully) enjoying good health and a wee bit of happiness this year! Can't say I'm too sad to see the end of 2006, it wasn't a great one, but I'll look forward to 2007 with a smile on my face!
