Does anybody ever feel ..... Part # 11

Recommended Posts

Happy birthday Chichi. Good luck with the exams JJ. Nighty night Debs.

Erk, my lovely artwork on DS's scabby bed - not on your nelly! I can see what the floor is like - kind of shiney and solid almost like lino - except it was carpet once. Mushed food, spilt drinks, ash from where he most certainly never smoked in his room - even when I saw him. Goodness knows what else lurks there - CSI would have a field day! But at least I can actually see the floor - can't see the floor in Erin's room, can't open the door because of the rubbish behind it.

I think it would need redecorating (fumigating probably - I exaggerate, it's not that bad really). New spot lights put in - need electrician and a plasterer. I'm considering moving in while our room is sorted out and replastered (we were going in the spare room, but there's not enough space to swing a mouse let alone a cat). When all that's done we can get the stairs done and then the hall can be plastered up again.

I had been doing my Santa, but the washing was piling up and I couldn't put the ironing off any longer. I'd rather be Santa, but it was getting like Erin's bedroom around the board!

Lewis just fell asleep - its like being 4 again :D

Mother said I should have tomorrow off to sleep all day and get rid of this cold ... I would be tempted because I only have 2 lessons, but one's a physics test :anxious::lol:

Afternoon sleeps should be part of the National Curriculum for all ages :)

G'day folks. Nice and sunny here. Glad to hear Miss Merrick sounds better and sorry that Claire's boy is feeling a bit under the weather.

Nothing much happening here - quite a boring day really, shopping at Te$co because I had vouchers to get rid of, hated it, went to M&S for some pot pourri (well mum wanted some) and we were disappointed with the minute selection they have - which don't smell as nice as the ones we had before.

But we sniffed all the soap in Waitrose instead. Some nice ones, so bought the shop up.

Our Avebury stones seem to be making a difference - our neighbour now reverses ever so slowly now (all psychological - the stones are in our garden and at least 2 inches from the road bit). Can't wait to see what happens once I get my spikey bushes in.

Still tons of ironing left, but not as bad as before - and the kitchen needs sorting out from Erins mega cooking session (Murray washed up, but the table and worktops leave much to be desired). I have told Murray to wash the blueberries before putting them on his breakfast - he can't be bothered. Today I dropped the punnet on the floor and they burst out all over the place. I picked them all up and put them back in the punnet. Haven't told him, but I hope the extremely rude word that I rarely use may cause concern. Ah well.

Ooh and I saw the red kite again this morning.
