in praise of... Asda!!!

Recommended Posts

I dont normally go to ASDA but took my mum the other days and was very plesantly surprised at how great the staff were there, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was cheerful (and not in that company enforced way  )

This close to Christmas its essential that shop staff retain a sense of humour at least - some of my shopping experiences recently have been plain awful and it makes you wonder why people work with the public if they cant stand them

Well done ASDA Yeovil :D

Me and the kids got up early to go to Sainsburys. Ah the joys of living in the middle of nowhere, our nearest supermarket is ten miles away  We were there at 9am and apart from the fruit & veg section being a battlezone the rest of the shop was fine, we got everything we needed, didn't have to queue up and were home by 10.30 :D

I just remembered something my brother told me yesterday, he's a manager in Asda in MK. You know that gorgeous looking chocolate raspberry bombe they're showing on their adverts on telly? Well it's a new line in for Christmas, the store took delivery of the grand total of TWO of them and customer after customer after customer is asking the staff where they can find it :lol: I don't know if the situation is the same in other stores but people of MK, you aint getting one! At £9 a pop they're not cheap, Asda could've made a fortune!
