AJuff Posted January 8, 2010 Author Share Posted January 8, 2010 Well it's wool rib at the bottom and then it's knitted from what looks like green garden twine or green rough plastic twine along with thin fabric strips and wool. The decorations are sewn onto it. The fabric is stiff enough to hold it's weight. She made my friend a red hat tea cosy which does bend over but she like it that way!!!
