much better than I was thanks...I cant lift my arm up in the air all the way or behind my back like she showed me but I can at least try to do it now, which is better than before.

I used to love Irish Coffee but when I was pregnant I went off coffee and I still can't stand coffee.

That's when I stopped drinking tea - these babes have a lot to answer for. Although I never really drank tea as such - more of hot milk and water with the teabag waved over the top! But when I was expecting it tasted more of tin than tea. I only have herbal teas now (and the Hambleden Herbs Spice Delight is yuuuuummmmm).
