AnnieP
Cookie! I must be wicked, because this thread has had me chuckling away to myself.... What are you like? Here are my recommendations after reading all previous suggestions: Stay indoors don't move get hubby to get bubble wrap and bedpan and one of those claw grabber thingies eat chocolates and drink plenty of tea/wine. Continue this for at least two weeks! Hope the pain eases off soon xx
jimnpaula
Glad things aren't too serious, keep going with the arnica, and Vit C helps healing too. Big, careful hugs P Edited January 7, 2010 by Guest

Valkyrie
Oooh lovely bunny. Just had a thought Cooks. You need ice skates and do like the dancers - put the injured one forward and steer with the good one. At the same time a few balloons with helium should give the lift you need. There you go - oh and a cushion for your bottom for that just in case moment.

Valkyrie
I am not owning up to a sports injury incurred while bowling on the Wii at a neighbours place before Christmas because Cookie will be able to exact revenge. I will also not own up to taking a multitude of ibuprofen because I can't move my arm - although I do and at night my goodness - hence another reason for wanting to see the doc but settled for the blood pressure bits instead. I'm really fighting fit. Cough.

dippy bird
but if it is the rotator cuff of whatever its called I know thats an important muscle with movement for the shoulder as I errrrm have injured it before on the same shoulder but in a different area and it took mweeks of physio and steroid injections, hydrotherapy to get right again. so please do me a favour and all wish it isn't that. Really hope you feel better soon! I had to have an op on my shoulder two years ago (Rotator cuff jobby),I have to say,it's not nice! Two years down the line, I am still in pain, but there is no way I will let them do that op again!!
