But your immune defence could be weakeded by you being cold ... by being weak

I'm sticking to it :P

Have put the handles + bolt locks on the WIR doors ... just waiting for it to stop snowing!

I'm tempted to just put it up in the snow

A cold is caused by a virus, viruses dont care if it is hot or cold, they are spread by being close to another person who has it. So going to the cinema with lots of other people was the worst thing to do....

oooh can I quote you to my boss when I have time of for a bit of a cold?????

she will bill you by the way :lol::lol: it costs hundreds for a supply teacher,:lol:

I like to go to work when I have a cold, its my aim to get as many of the little darlings off as possible so we have an easier day :lol::lol::lol:

Hi guys - his Lordship walked to the Post Office and Erin and I fought for this spot. Irritatingly she was swivelling in the chair going "hmmm I've been expecting you" in that 007 baddy voice. I hoiked her out.

It's cold, it's wet and I am tired. In fact I woke up tired. Even the ladies in Waitrose were zombies - just like me - we all agreed it was the rain's fault.

Not much happening here apart from ironing and shopping - which I only needed few things so didn't venture far. Don't need petrol as Murray doesn't use my car any more - and no mumsie taxi service apart from my mumsie needing a taxi service.

Going to catch up with the other threadsies and then I'll have to go and do the birdies. Think we have another rat moved in.

Yes I hope PT is having fun in Latvia, she didn't need to leave the country for snow though, been snowing well all day in South Wales but not sticking

Lewis, I think the tern Snizzle is inspired :P

Hope you can get to Aber on Saturday.

JJ - You going to be around tomorrow, or do I need to send you certain wishes today

I'll be around

In the evening though...leaving for gran's at 7am. Should be back at about 5pm.

Then my sister is going out for a meal with her boyfriend and his parents at 7pm, so I'll probably come online about then

Hope you can get to Aber, Lewis :D

Ooh, I hope PT is having fun :D

Horrible rain here

So dark and cloudy and miserable...it took me a long time to see the point in getting up this morning

I can't decide whether or not to stay up until midnight..would be interesting, but I'd be dead tomorrow. Hm, will consider it.

Hellooo again. Kitty is broody. The only one not to trip me up for tea this evening. Where was she? In the eglu. I stroked her and she screamed - yes screamed at me! :o I have never heard a chicken squeal/scream ever! I took the hint and thought she was just a bit tardy laying today - she's been going non-stop so due a day off. Erin and I kept watch but she didn't surface, so as we were discussing her I noted that she was the only dry chicken, so she must have been there for a good while. Out we go (luckily the rain eased off) and Erin got her out and was screamed at too. Of course we laughed and underneath was a lovely hot egg. I'd saved some corn and she chomped away - her crop was full to brimming but she still found more room! Then the rain started again and the clouds looked quite evil so we put her in the cube run with the others. I'll have to watch her - luckily it's blooming cold outside at the moment.

Watched the Stormchasers - my goodness it was awwwwwesome! The guys got caught in a really big tornado and lived to tell the tale - plus getting lots of valuable data. But they all agreed that putting themselves in such danger wouldn't be repeated ever again! Murray called across to me Kerry are you alright? Snap back to reality - I just couldn't believe it was sooo exciting - I think my jaw dropped open.:lol: On a plus side "Ooops, word censored!"ody was hurt as the tornado was across fields although I think it ripped up a refinery of some sort - the people would have seen it coming though and gone to ground in time.

Well I can't see or smell ratty out there. But it must be around somewhere. Ewwwww - no BOB for a while for me!

Erin's off to see Owl City tomorrow in Oxford.
